Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to JSONBetter licenses sold through Paddle as merchant of record. This policy is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions.

2. Default Policy

Voluntary refunds are not provided after purchase. Customers are expected to evaluate product suitability during the available seven (7) day trial period before completing a paid order.

3. Mandatory and Exceptional Refund Cases

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

1. Where refund rights are required by applicable law.
2. Verified duplicate charge for the same purchase.
3. Verified unresolved technical defect that prevents core functionality and cannot be reasonably remediated through support.

4. Request Procedure

1. Send your request to support@felfel.studio.
2. Include purchase email, order reference, date of purchase, and a concise explanation of the issue.
3. For technical-defect requests, include reproducible steps and environment details sufficient for verification.

5. Review and Processing

1. Refund eligibility determinations are made after review of available purchase records and technical evidence.
2. Approved requests are submitted to Paddle for processing to the original payment method.
3. Review response is typically provided within ten (10) business days, excluding delays caused by incomplete information.

6. Chargebacks and Abuse Prevention

Customers are requested to contact support before opening a chargeback. Initiating abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in license suspension, service restriction, and contest of the chargeback through payment channels.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes are effective upon publication unless a later date is stated on this page.
