This Refund Policy applies to JSONBetter pro purchases made through the Apple App Store. This policy is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions.
2. Default Policy
Apple processes App Store purchase charges and refund requests under Apple's own policies. We cannot directly issue App Store refunds, reverse App Store charges, or modify Apple's refund decisions.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Submit App Store refund requests through Apple's official purchase history or report-a-problem flow.
- Follow Apple's instructions for the Apple ID used to make the purchase.
- Apple's regional consumer-rights rules and App Store policies govern refund eligibility and processing.
4. Product Support
For technical issues, product questions, or documentation requests, contact support@felfel.studio. Support can help diagnose product issues but cannot guarantee or process an App Store refund.

- Include your macOS version, JSONBetter version, and a concise explanation of the issue.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
App Store payment disputes are handled through Apple and the payment method connected to your Apple ID. Contact Apple for billing disputes and contact support for product issues.
